Developing the brief

Concept design
The brief is translated into a high-level concept design, accompanied by outline specifications, including preliminary equipment layout drawings and detailed budgets in accordance with the design programme.




Detailed design
With meticulous attention to detail, we translate conceptual designs into intricate specifications encompassing hardware, software, AV, IT interfaces, and architectural/M&E intricacies. Our deliverables leave no room for ambiguity, ensuring flawless system engineering and design coherence before tender issuance.


Procurement
Seamlessly integrating meticulous designs into invitation-to-tender packages, we specify every project requirement, providing the client with a comprehensive document to issue to the marketplace. This level of detail ensures that each tender response is 100% compliant and can be evaluated on a like-for-like basis. We undertake all tender reviews and analyses and attend post-tender interviews to assist in final decision-making.




Implementation management
During the implementation phase, we physically deliver the project within the strict confines of the budget, programme, risk and performance criteria. Our hands-on supervision ensures seamless execution and configuration, tailored to meet the precise client requirements.


Handover and closeout
The handover phase includes outlining support information, training modules, asset management protocols, and future monitoring and maintenance provisions. Additionally, we review ‘as-built’ documentation, ensuring a seamless transition to the operational phase.
