Blend has been appointed to provide IT, AV & Smart Building consultancy services for the refurbishment of 81 Newgate Street, formerly BT’s headquarters. Spanning approximately 500,000 sq. ft., this redevelopment will offer a mix of Grade A office spaces, alongside a large publicly accessible terrace with stunning views of St. Paul’s Cathedral. The project also features a street-level arcade with a large-format video wall showcasing curated arts and media, linking the building to the City’s vibrant Culture Mile.
