Revolutionising education at Staffordshire Campus  

Blend provided AV consultancy for Staffordshire University, throughout their Stoke-on-Trent Campus. The centrepiece comprises of two collaborative spaces  – ‘The Learning Lab’ and ‘The Learning Market where academics can try out different teaching and learning models. One of the core principles was that the building was wireless throughout, making AV fundamental for the success of the project.  

Touchless solutions: 

Blend implemented a range of advanced technologies to enhance functionality, safety, and engagement across the facility. Key features include Mersive Pods, dual screens, and wireless presentation solutions, complemented by VC camera analytics in teaching and meeting spaces for optimal interaction. A sophisticated booking system streamlines room reservations, while Poly head-counting cameras monitor occupancy. Visitors benefit from a 3-meter-wide QR code-enabled touch screen for interactive campus resources, and strategically placed InfoLED panels display dynamic university content to create an immersive environment. Energy monitoring displays promote sustainability awareness, fostering a more efficient, interactive, and eco-friendly educational experience.
